Trinada was my favorite town we visited on my trip to Cuba but most of it did not look like this. Most of what I saw looked like my posting on June 14th. I stumbled upon these houses early one morning after walking further down one of the “nicer” sections. At first I thought these structures were abandoned since it was early and there weren’t many people out. I went back later in the day with two other photographers and found that there are people who live here. They were happy to see us because they knew we had presents to give them like soap, lotion, pens, pencils and of course CUCs (Cuban dollars).
